Administrative decisions made by government authorities are subject to review, under both State and Federal legislation. Initially Federal issues can be considered by the Commonwealth Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and Victorian issues by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. There are rights of appeal from both Tribunals.
