Since joining the Firm, Margot has practised in Family Law - specialising in the areas of:
- Marriage and de facto relationships
- Property and financial settlements (married, de facto & same sex couples)
- Children and parenting issues
- Child support and spousal maintenance
- Intervention orders
- Binding Financial Agreements including pre-nuptial agreements
- Divorce
Margot has a strong commitment to achieve the best and fairest outcome for her clients', while handling the most delicate situations with compassion, clarity and understanding.
Margot is a Board Member of Vista Support Services, a not-for-profit organisation providing high quality services to people with disabilities, people who are ageing and children.
