Peter Druce
Sadly on 7th June 2007, we received news of the death of Peter Druce. Peter had been with the firm for 30 years before his retirement in 1998, after which he remained a consultant to the firm. Peter was named as an executor in the wills, and the attorney in the enduring powers of attorney of many of our clients. The firm will be conducting a comprehensive examination of its records before contacting those clients affected. Clients who are aware that they may be affected, are asked to contact John Henry of our office on (03) 9670 0700. Peter Francis Druce, was the grandson of William Ernest Druce, founder of Tolhurst Druce & Emmerson, and son of Francis Thomas Druce who was a partner with the firm until the early 1990s. ...
