Eilish has almost four decades of professional experience, predominantly conducted in the field of family law. Eilish conducts the full range of work on behalf of her family law clients. This can include the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements, the negotiation of out of court settlements through to appearance at court in matters that go to trial. Prior to her appointment at Tolhurst Druce & Emmerson, Eilish practised for a number of years as a barrister at the Family Law Bar. Her experience also includes many years acting in Tribunal matters. This breadth of experience is an invaluable resource to her client base. Eilish understands that many clients come to her at a time of personal stress. She appreciates the need to quickly gain their trust and to support them through the legal process. This enables them to get on with their lives as quickly and confidently as possible.
