Paul completed his articles with J H Smith & Emmerton and was admitted to practice in 1988. Paul worked at Gadens Lawyers from 1990 to 2000. Since then he has practised with Tolhurst Druce & Emmerson.

Paul is an active member of the community and is involved with a number of organisations. He is Vice President of the Caroline Chisholm Society (Pregnancy & Family Support Agency), Vice President of the Australia Day Council (Victoria) Inc and an active member of several other community organisations.

• Property Law - residential, commercial and industrial conveyancing, extractive industry, planning, leasing, adverse possession, subdivisions, purchase and sale of business.
• Wills and Probate - drawing wills and administration of estates.
