Peter Weller practises principally in dispute resolution and litigation focusing primarily upon:

• Business law
• Property law
• Wills & estates

Peter has long and extensive experience in assisting his clients in estate related disputes, including over the validity of wills and in family provision claims. He is pugnacious when necessary, but also takes a pragmatic approach to the preservation of familial relationships.

Peter also has experience in property and business related disputes to which he brings to bear a commercial practicality.

Biography

Before the merger with Tolhurst Druce & Emmerson in 1998, Peter was a partner in the law firm Gavan Duffy & King.

Peter is married with two children. He is an avid reader of history and, with his wife Rose, enjoys a keen interest in gardening, jazz and blues music.
