Areas of Practice

Randall practises in all aspects of Family Law including division of property, children's issues including where children spend their time and associated parenting matters and child support.

Included in his practice is alternative dispute resolution, aimed at keeping parties away from the Family Court. Randall has trained in Mediation and assists parties in coming to a resolution of matters resulting from the dissolution of marriage without recourse to the Courts. Also included in Randall's practice is the resolution of property issues between parties who have never married.

Randall is a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Provider.

Biography

Randall became a partner of Doyle & Kerr in 1984, then becoming partner with Tolhurst Druce & Emmerson when the two firms merged in 2001.

For over 30 years Randall has been a member of the Committee of Management of Milparinka Adult Training Unit, which provides services for intellectually disabled adults.

During his spare time Randall plays golf and enjoys horse racing. He is a member of the Kew Golf Club and the VRC.
