Background

Faten is an energetic and knowledgeable young lawyer. Since being admitted to practice in 2007, Faten has conducted a broad range of litigation work. She enjoys negotiating commercial outcomes for her clients and assisting them to better structure their affairs, thereby preventing disputes in the future. Faten has a professional interest in alternative dispute resolution and is currently studying for a Masters in Commercial Law at Monash University.

Faten is a Registered Migration Agent and has conducted a broad range of work in the field of immigration law, including visa applications and appeals to the relevant tribunals and the Minister.

Faten also assists with general legal work, including family and criminal law and assisting clients with issues relating to wills and probate.
